They think they are covering themselves by saying UP TO. UP TO could be nothing. I will tell you, if there were some two wire module, that you could add to a car, and make it double in horsepower, and double the mileage , then this would have been installed at the factory.

All bullshit. Nothing else. I think they are going for the fact that most people are lazy, and no very little about cars. They get the placebo effect. Install this and then "think" or "feel" you are getting better mileage. Maybe now you will be paying more attention to whats going on.

You can make 150 hp gains out of some cars with a tune/ECU/chip. First off this two wire snake oil module is not one of them, and they are not even selling them for the kinds of vehicles that will get 150 hp gains - Diesel trucks. Diesel trucks, by increasing the boost, and adding fuel, they make a ton more power. A diesel doesn't detonate like a gasoline engine car, so they can make a lot more power. However, with more power comes more cylinder pressure. Some engines are borderline already, and increasing boost, and fuel will void warranties, and potentially hurt the engine.

Now, back to the car this is sold for : Nissan 200SX. The SE-R version of the 200SX sold in the US made 140 horsepower stock. UP TO 150 more HP. Maybe 0 more hp. Maybe UP TO 150 hp.

Its a little sickening how many people will get taken by things like this. This guy looks like he sold 45 of these the last month. 2 negative feedbacks.

Nice a loss of 7 mpg. Of course it was incorrectly installed. The two wires went in the wrong place. They were supposed to join the two wires in the engine control module (computer) that make the car double in horsepower and mpg.

Of course its not going to make 150 more horsepower, nor is it going to make a car get 50 mpg. Its that UP TO thing again.

Perhaps I am just being a hater.Perhaps I know nothing about cars, and tuning. Perhaps I know nothing about ECU's, sensors, and inputs. Or perhaps I do.

So far this guy has made about $800 in just the last 18 days or so off eBay suckers. Don't be a sucker. Get educated. Understand how an engine works.
